I hear about share buybacks on penny stocks but rarely see them. U would think it would be effective just looking at it mathematically but the game isn't fair.

Definitely WRONG Bill.

the company SHOULD be buying back shares at these prices, CHEAP !!! at these prices.

The cheaper the share price, the more we stick it to any naked shorters and the better the cash flow / working capital per share there is.

A Dividend would be great but the time and effort it would take might not be worth it !
