That sounds plausible and partly along the lines I am thinking. If QASP does proceed forward in any way, shape, or form, it needs to cover up the stench of DB and its through a rebrand, name change, etc., and there are many ways to accomplish it. Of course, we all hope that this works to the betterment of our stock share value. GLTA.

If Jeff is following through with the original business plan of QASP through a different entity, one that Dean wouldn't have "any" legal claim to, people need to be grateful that Jeff would provide the QASP common shareholders a piece of the pie through an R/M. It would be a courtesy and not a requirement on his part. QASP shareholders could have been left with nothing.JMO
