I think we can safely assume that the Packer funding has hit some snags. Remember, guys like this want A LOT of strings tied to their money. Perhaps, IFUE is in the enviable position among OTCBB firms to be able to tell someone like Packer to cut some of those strings or take your money elsewhere.....just a guess.
