That's another good point. Since the markets are closed on Friday, they could release a PR on Friday and complete the settlement then and there wouldn't be a chance for shareholders to react until the new year. This could be a very good strategy.
Maybe, but if a deal has been struck I would consider that a material fact and as a shareholder feel I'm entitled to know about it. Maybe TMOB should have thought of that before they stole CLYW's technology.
