I have a feeling they sold the rest on the 23rd of December. Its not official yet but the volume that day more than covers what they had left.

Don't think so. There was no significant selling here since Friday. I think they sold everything they wanted. Just need some volume and it will be over 002, where it belongs. If they become current with filings, it should trade at .004 ; This float is too low for 000
