If they company is still selling shares to finish raising that 1.6 million then this would make sense....if they are...they are at least being smart about it now and doing it "gently" so it doesn't tank the stock completely.....once they are done I think we will move back up...the float will still be relatively small...
Just my opinion.....raising 1.6 mollion bucks 6 cents at a time will take a while...
