I know this one. Same owners as INSQ which is a pos. The CEO didnt seem to care about the stock and hoped that it got revoked so that the people who owned the convertibles would just go away. Seemed he wanted it to go private. Not sure about GTAP. Similar OS and price. Crazy its this low but I wonder if there are convertibles on GTAP too.
