There is no room for reverse merger in SPRL share structure. OTOH, SPRL "brand" is in pretty good shape comparing to many other pinkies around. So, theoretically it's possible but they would need to do a reverse split first and create AS space for potential acquirer. You can guess what is going to happen to current shareholders in this case - they will get squeezed. Still, it would be better than current state... IMO.

SkipD---Any fresh news concerning a merge? I have talked to Sam this past month and think something is in the works,,,just not sure how it will play out. Any news would be appreciated. Tks from a long-timer.

Right on Skip. I read your post, and have seen em before and
hang tight and the stock goes south, but not only do I believe you, but we have had too many here who have waited, averaged down,
bought more, coupled with lots of new guys........this one is poised for nice gains. If what you say is true the upside to this
is tremendous, so small profits or even large profits on a flip...
at least get back in on a dip, provided we even have one.

For those who waited, you made a wise move.
