The other is, and is a customary one that preferred is offered and purchased in order to raise immediate capital.

I agree that this may be positive. However, I would like to know if the Preferred is convertable. If it is, how many shares does the 37500 Preferred convert into? If they start issuing preferred shares in order to raise capital our common position may very well get diluted. That's my spin Visorman, and I think it's a fair question to ask. It may be disclosed in the filing.
