I don't think what he said is true. I could imagine in some cases that to be possible. If you have watch TLAN like I have the 2 weeks on level 2 you would agree with me I think.

Its almost impossible to be in a stock with no manipulation... I learned that the hard way. However, I am hoping TLAN works out.

I tried calling TLAN to talk to their IR guy. I left a message.
