Yes they have an upside POTENTIAL as do you and I like This system of compensation makes us all more money and accountable but being familure with employment contract i know there is also down side if they don't get it done. but that is not what im looking for it is the accrual share count POST split. and who owns what and how much thanx for you thoughts.

David Otto had approximately 7 billion shares of common stock Pre-split. The largest part of the 14 billion shares you talk about that GBOE sold, weren't actually sold. There were over 10 billion of those shares used to settle debts. Pre Split most of the debt was converted into stock agreements. All SEC fillings were brought up to date and paid for pre-split. Do you have a explanation why a company would do that.
