I think the legal fund is for shareholders that want to contribute for the expenses to go after Dean. While I still do not think Dean lined his pockets with our monies, I think he kept funding other entities that were either useless to us, or had a small chance of becoming part of QASP without hunderds of millions...which we were not going to get.
