Fundamentals? That all depends on if you judge on past history, the "proven" track record of this company, or if you believe the forward looking statements and unverifiable pr's.
If you read the filings you'll find a company that issued nearly 14 billion shares with nothing to show for it except going to "no bid" on the market.
They have no source of revenues except for selling shares and are supposedly paying their top 3 executives $750,000/year base salary with the possibility of doubling that with bonuses.
The share structure is set up such that the common shareholders have no control whatsoever and are just a source of revenue.
