.05 is still too undervalued and hostile takeover means that an investmetn group outside of company managemetn was attempting to take control via purchasing of stock in open market....not like it is a tender offer for shares....

if they succeeded (again if even true), they would have most likely run away with the good assets leaving a shell behind.
