absolutely. one reason we ran so hard on news of briscoe's china trip is because the smart money knows they won't have time to build a position if/when news of a deal hits the wires.
i think IR did the right thing by tweeting about it rather than issuing a PR. when you think about it, there's no way the company can satisfy everyone: if they were to stay silent about a trip like that, some would be furious. others wonder why they said anything about china if it wasn't material.
