I am not sure amateurish is the way I would describe it.

If, in fact, we are deep into negotiations with T-Mobile then anything said affects both companies and therefore would need to be approved by both. It may be more professional to keep quiet until the deal is done and make a joint announcement. Simply announcing that we are still talking would seem to be unwarranted.

If negotiations had broke down and we were headed back to trial that would be a significant event that might warrant a PR or 8K, but I suspect we would see it first in the court documents and those documents would act, for all intents and purposes, as notice to the public.

Yeah, I am frustrated too. But I am not willing to start casting stones just yet.

I agree. Like I have said before........Nothing will happen in the Fed case until the state case is resolved. It does not make sense for Tmob to settle a case that does not have true ownership. You can argue with me until you are blue in the face but it will not change the facts........TMOB WILL NOT SETTLE UNTIL THE OWNERSHIP IS RESOLVED!!!!!!!

Time will tell.

Oh yes....Highrider, when using "here" it is a place. When using "hear" it is with your ear.

Example: We are waiting to "hear" something from the courts. Not....We are waiting to "here" something from the courts.

If I am typing too fast again please let me know.
