Buyers buying on BID are waiting for sellers to sell on BID.

Flippers on the other hand who bought at BID are waiting for someone to buy their shares at ASK for a flip.

When a PR comes...everything will change...Buyers will buy at ASK...Flippers will Cry for missing the boat...etc etc...

I'm not sure but if you follow the Major Indices you'll also notice very low volume. If I were to guess I would say we will see an uptick in volume starting next week if not this week when we get our PR or Shareholder letter.
