Just got off the phone with the new T/A.They were closed yesterday due to a 30" snow storm and they were under a state of emergency.So they didnt receive any of the certificates they need to finish setting ALTO up completely in the system.And he had just finished shoveling his way into the office when I called and said as far as he knows without getting on the computer yet the share structure is still the same A/S around 100 or 200 million.He said if I called back later after he gets some things done this morning he could look into it some more for me.So I told him I would call back this afternoon.
