Come on man. You're trying to say that someone who most likely is paying $4 to $9 to make a trade is going to buy $12-$13 worth of stock? Especially one that is at the moment stagnant? It flies in the face of logic. Or perhaps they r really hurting for cash & know that Otow is heading to $1 land & quickly. Maybe it is one of the longs who doesn't want to sell for a loss & he/she is cost avg. w a nice 8,000 share pick up? Who knows. It makes no sense to me, but then again, I am just a simple Greek man. I will grab some candles. Again this is not intended to insult or belittle, just to discuss the action on Otow & my, logical interpretation of what is happening.
