My opinion of HG is that he'll say whatever he thinks you want to hear. It doesn't have to be factual, it just has to be promising text to beef up the stock sales so he can have an extra hot chocolate on Christmas. HG isn't even original with the promises and if you look at the PR closely, they are talk about a meeting to discuss, a seminar to talk about, financials for public review, a prospective site to install, blah, blah, blah.

Long on promise, empty on delivery.
