XLPI and XPGH are no longer connected other than they engaged into a reverse merger. Bill's connection to XPGH is in the form of a shareholder, at least that's what most of us believe. At one time Bill was probably the majority shareholder of XPGH. I'm not sure how many shares Bill sold during the dump of the last year.
If XPGH ever gets going, then there is still speculation that Bill might use some of the proceeds and restart XLPI in earnest.
