Perhaps, but is there truly any substance to UBRG? Investors are reacting to one side of the story. This would be UBRG's side, of course. They, UBRG, seems to be trying way too hard for it all to be real and "exactly" as they say, IMO. Guess I have been to too many parties just like this one to believe without bona fide proof and there is none at this time. The chart tells the story and nothing has happened with this stock, really for a long time. It appears to be a twice a year kind of thing and now is the time once again. Cycles happen!
