Rumit-they had a strong 100 buy rating when it started to rise also somewhere in the teens, meaning that if you bought back then and traded or even held it, you are still ahead.
Most importantly, I regard what they say now is that they are still bullish over the immediate and longer term, and that is what matters to me for the most part anyways.
They were also quite bearish on the way down too-overall I think they are a lot better than most of the charlatans who profess to know what the stock is going to do over time.
Perhaps I should have used the words "quite" accurate rather than "extremely" accurate.
