IMO a 1:50 can genuinely be to create shareholder value and / or to meet some needs of the company/holders of the warrents / preferreds. When I see a 1:2000, the intention is pretty clear. That's whan I stay away. Not here...at least not yet. The devil is always in the details for those who take the time to sift through them.
