I'm afraid the inconvenient truth is that the SEC suspects fraud, and suspended the company because of questions raised by the fictitious NI 43-101 and the ridiculous buyout claims.

semi-gifted individuals plotted to take this company down - The irony is, even if that were true, the stock will almost certainly trade gray forever, thanks to SEC, and whats more, the SEC has never in its history, admitted it made mistake...so the next thing you hear...some months from now...is the initiation of a civil suit...or you will hear nothing at all. Either way, your screwed.

I take it those nefarious NSS also copied the bios and twisted them up, also put up the lawsuit and threat to posters on a message board who actually can see that this is just a blatant scam?!
