The CC was ambiguous about sales which was disappointing. There were hints, but nothing solid.

I don't think sales are months away. Probably more like weeks. I think they are waiting on the NYDEC permits before moving forward.

I don't believe there are any sales limitations on the consent order. I couldn't find any. We'll know about buyers once the audits reported in the CC are completed, hopefully sooner than later, but I believe it will happen..

I suggest you listen to the CC before making remarks like below:

I take it from the CC that real production/ sales is some months away yet. Some minor sales in the meantime on the Consent Order.
