imo, MM's are buying from ARSC and St. George at .00007 and then selling retail to foolish investors at .0001. if you look at the daily volume it's normally about a 50/50 split of .00007 and .0001 trades.

that why O/S keeps increasing (think it's called dilution, not shorting)

According to filings done by the company...insiders are buying at .00007.

I guess that means that company insiders are shorting this stock? LOL
