I'm too fat - especially after Xmas - to partake of such joys as suckling pig but I will come to take pics, sniff the atmosphere, and pick the brains of the attending sages. Unless there is a feast day, of course, to tempt me into such indulgences. As I recall from days of yore - there is a saint for every day on the calendar! So maybe I WILL partake - just this once! And perhaps at every $20 increase thereafter. ;-)

Hey Doc, when we are sitting on the beach in Hawaii and NNVC is sitting @ $20.00, I will personally see that the funds are raised to "Import" a fine Italian chef to cook for the gathering..
At that point we could probably spare some pocket change to make it happen.

Doc, Let's just head over to Maui. I know several excellent restaraunts there. Jan-Mar is great for whales. Can't go wrong with Kapalua.
