Chilling concept Richard, hardly business as one would expect it in the United States. I mean, how could any attorney/client relationship result in something so absurd? Regardless of the amount of dollars involved, such blindly orchestrated progress would put all investors at risk, all legal documenting and permitting in question and would no doubt result in a horrendous history of litigation through suits and counter suits.
The current history is worthy of a novel and perhaps a film contract. What you are suggesting reaches the magnitude of warranting a government cover-up............ IMO of course.
