#69898 RE: ChuckD-MSB #69893

THIS VOTE IS FOR CHUCK..........

Chuck, in my opinion you are doing a great job and are tremendously appreciated. Clearly it is difficult being the front man, dodging the tomatoes and not breaking over the legal lines. You must keep your eye on the rocks regardless of what some detractor may post or what we the impassioned may wish to hear. We shareholders need you doing what you have been doing. I'd JUST SHOW UP to thank you, regardless of the outcome.

On the other hand and perhaps from a little different perspective, I see the detractors as an opportunity to respond with both facts and opinions in answer to the challenges and keeping the board alive and well. If the board is all a bunch of cheer leaders marching in lock step, we'd have little to offer new investors looking for a mix of challenges and informing posts. It's difficult to buy into a board where no one has an opposing position to voice. That should make any reasonable person suspicious. IMO

Last night was a perfect example as CPRKQ moved to the top of the Breakout Board, which most certainly gives visibility to new researches and potential investors. We need new blood, conflict and response, questions and challenges so as to keep the facts and details updated and in front of us all.

I think that those of us who have been here for a year or more have a pretty good idea as to where we have come from and the progress that has been made. Not saying that those from the WUCC days are not in a somewhat different position with a somewhat different perspective. But times have changed and will continue to change. The dream still lives and is stronger today than last summer or last year or from those initial days when investors didn't even have a mill.

Some of us just can't help hearing the mining equipment running, the mill milling and the trucks moving off the property, out the gate, across the tracks and on down the road. Obviously if we did not believe in our investment potential we would not be here.

Oh, and let's not forget how this whole deal could benefit the little community of Milford, Utah. You know, that little community with American spirit and backbone. Oh yah! Let's get those store fronts painted with businesses flourishing.

Of course IMO based on my own duh duh ("DD")...
