An interesting line of thought that can be extended to men. Makes one wonder why certain people here are anxious to show off a longer (word) length PC. One fellow even brags how he was 32 but is now 64. I think a psychologist would call that compensation for feelings of masculine inadequacy.
On the bright side, buying 64 bit PCs before they have any utility is less dangerous to society than compensation through owning monster SUVs, pit bulls, or large calibre handguns. ;-)

Funny that most people (apparently Europeans as well, not just Americans) are increasingly "Fat & Heavy", yet they are willing to pay premium for "Thin & Light".
