True, in the 365 article, Pridevision says that once they get an offer, they have to tell their shareholders about it.

was an official offer even made, for one, or did they just have a conversation in passing about it? i don't think they needed to PR this until both sides were in agreement that it even happened. secondly, did they really need to PR it twice?
