Its not really a big problem. Its a known fact that Dr. Lanza owns millions of shares of this stock. I see it as nothing more than him wanting/needing some extra money for somthing. Him selling a couple million isnt/shouldnt be a red flag to anyone. A few million x .20 a share gets you some nice change, even after taxes on it. Ive been a long in this stock for years and Im not the least bit concerned by it.

well I can see both sides but for one, this is a great time to buy something anywhere so a half a million cashed in can go far. If had a large position and could sell a bit for a half a mil I would and go shopping. Or maybe he sees the volatility here and wants to get some commons cheap. Maybe he will reinvest the proceeds. But it does raise an eyebrow nonetheless.

I have no problem at all.
I am expressing an opinion by having owned this stock for well 4-5 years, being on this chatline for a number of years.
I have been in the market for well over 40 years and know a thing or two also.
If you can't see the forest for the trees, then perhaps it is YOU who has the problem.
As I said before, move on to something else if you don't have confidence in this company.
I have already made a lot of money both realized and unrealized and intend to keep most of my shares based on my own feelings and experience and the workings an dealings of the company and what trule knowledgeable posters say!
I will re-evaluate if/when fundamentals change.
