The "investor" may buy back the amount of shares that they sold. Buying low, selling high. Wouldnt it be in there best interest for this loan to be completed as planned? They will make money on shares, and on interest from the money lended. Sounds like a no-brainer.

If the share price does go to $.20, do you think that there will be another sell-off on the date of the third payment?

It could have a huge run the first couple of weeks going into January. I expect alot of PR in January.
