this wouldn't have a problem hitting .01 to buy a pinksheets reporting shell with 0 assets would cost you about 500K-1.5 million
at .0003 is about 1.5 million market cap

they have over 100 million? in contracts according it latest filing

I've also seen a lot of companies run to .01-.05 with far less going then PPJE and about the same Share structure
