$30? What nonsense is that!? Here's a realistic high of 0.0008 with nearly 4 billion shares of volume in a week and that's 2 years after the 1-400 R/S of April 2008. Very slow progress and I see PPJE going back to 0001 before it attempts to break its MA50 resistance again. GLTA!
