Alleyba, if that's the case that they do have the money, wouldn't you want to wait to have that chill lifted so there are no longer any hidrances to the stock moving? Of course, those are the two big "if's" all have been waiting for. If one is in place and the other is to come, with all the BS pr's in the past, would you want them to see they got the money and the lifting of the chill is "imminent." It's all personal preference, but at this juncture, it might be more reasonable to wait for both if both are in the offing. JMH asinine O.
