I agree. Will be buying as much as my funds allow me to. I don't see the pps going much lower from here, in fact .0045 might turn out to be the bottom. With what I'm hearing and from my interpretations of Mike's posts I think by the 1st week of the new year or sooner, news concerning a different project will surface. I'd be surprised not to hear something "before" the PUC decision!
