It wouldn't be out of the realm of possibilities. I do think and have thought that Tmob will get their best deal before the case resumes. I know that most attorneys try to run it to the last minute in these types of situations. The fact that anybody is talking, if true, is extremely positive. I've seen this type of thing before, but you never really know until some official word is out there.
If there is something going on, lets hope that they wait to release it until after the holidays. If they release tonight it will be three days before trading occurs again. It is better for the SP if the news is released at the beginning of the week -- even better if they wait until after the holidays and all the traders are back in the markets.
