Must Read- Confirmation from Pridevision that an offer was received on Friday......I received this on Sunday and did not post it since a poster named Pride TV posted it already. But I received the same email. Read it carefully...

PrideVision is not seeking buyers. A representative of Q Television telephoned PrideVision unsolicited last week to review possible ownership arrangements. As with any such offers, the management has a fiduciary obligation to review such matters with PrideVision owners before responding. This review is occurring. In the meantime, PrideVision is continuing to prepare for the addition of OUTtv to its service on April the 6th. We are delighted that others recognize the value of PrideVision, the world’s first gay, lesbian 24/7 television service and its great future prospects.

Subject: Q Television places a bid for Pridevision?

Hello, my name is xxxxxx and I am an investor in Q Television(QBID. PK). I saw the following pr from Q Television today in which they say they made a bid for Pridevision? Is there any possibility of a deal being made between Pridevision and Q Television? Have there been any discussions between these two companies? I would appreciate any thoughts you could share. Thank you for your time.

Q Television Network Places a Bid to Purchase Pride Vision TV
Friday March 18, 2:19 pm ET

PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 18, 2005--Q Television Network, (Pink Sheets: QBID - News) announced today that it has made an offer to purchase Pride Vision TV. Pride Vision TV is the world's first Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (GLBT) television network to broadcast 24/7.
"By acquiring Pride Vision, Q would be able to cut its expenses down on all of its programming costs," said Frank Olsen President and CEO of Q Television Network. "It is still early in the game but we feel confident with our bid to purchase the network and further expand Q and the Queer television movement."

Pride Vision TV was licensed by the Canadian Radio Television and Telecommunications Commission on November 24, 2000 to provide television service targeted to the GLBT community.

Should the acquisition be complete, Q Television network would comply with all Canadian Broadcasting rules and regulations for all of its original programming.

Q Television's Rene Schenk responded to Pridevision's public statement. Read the wording from the article carefully.... notice that Rene Schenk was responding to Bill Craig's statement from today.....

So Bill Craig from Pridevision made a statement today......

But, Monday, PrideVision said no bid had been made.

“PrideVision is not seeking buyers," Bill Craig, President of the network and its majority shareholder, said in a statement.

"A representative of Q Television telephoned PrideVision without invitation last week simply to explore possibilities," Craig's statement said. “If a formal offer is ever received, whether from Q Television or others, the directors will of course have a fiduciary duty to present the offer to shareholders.”

Notice that it says Rene is responding to Pridevision's statement from today. This is the same quote from Q's late day pr......

QTV, however, maintains that discussions have taken place.

"I have been in discussions with Bill Craig, the President of PrideVision TV, and I am hopeful that we will come to an agreement," said a statement issued by Rene Schenk, Chief Financial Officer of QTV shortly after the PrideVision statement was made public.
