Patents

The original patents was assigned to Shen and Fisher.
The separation agreement (in which the patent was given back to Biocentric) to pay back back wage was signed by Fisher.

AND Biocentric is in default of the separation agreement.

Shen don't need or want to patent, how about just pay back the contract amount and you can keep the patent.
