She won't tell you and neither will the TA. I tired to ask the TA about the share structure and they said we needed to get premission from HHGI and HHGI will not give us permission or heck, even get back to us.

At the end of the third quarter there were 1.6B shares outstanding as per their Q3 report..(Page 20)

"Net Cash Provided by Financing Activities
The Company issued an additional 729,319,000 shares, which provided an additional $729,319 in cash and convertible debt reduction during the third quarter. This issuance raised the issued and outstanding common shares to 1,604,726,000.
