In this instance I only mean that this stock won't stay here at 12, so no one should take that loss. This was run up really high by momentum and then run down a little too far by all the shorting.
Generally speaking, I do think short selling balances the overall equation. If some entity from short selling the overall housing market a few years ago it wouldn't have got so out of control & collapsed.
