My take is we either get the dividends simultaneously with the merge, or we get something more valuable than the dividends.
What would be more valuable? Not a lower float IMO, because that helps QTIG equally when SCMI holders are "owed" something. I'm stumped, because if shares were going to a company like Apple for exclusive compatibility, that would also benefit QTIG just as much as SCMI....
Just a few more days to wait.
