If I have 1000 shares at .06 I spend $60. The divy gives me 100 new shares of the new class valued at $100. At that point I now have $160 worth of stock. I also have the right to purchase another 100 shares of the new stock at $1/share strike price for the 90 days following the listing of the new share class with a new ticker. The parameters on selling the divy shares have not been given yet.
