I think JBI is good regarding the milestones they have to meet regarding permitting. The New York Department of Environmental Conservation have given JBI their unprecedented confidence. JBI is the first company to be allowed to operate while completing the permitting process in NY state history. The DEC have their butts on the line if this goes sideways, I think they have a lot of confidence things will be okay.
