SSPT is NOT a "reporting company." A reporting company is a company that is required to file periodic reports with the SEC. Reporting entities are traded on stock exchanges, Nasdaq or via the OTCBB. No PK companies are "reporting entities."

Submitting reports to Pink Sheets just puts a company at a higher Pink Sheet tier. Pink Sheets has no regulatory authority over the companies quoted via its quotation service.

Companies that file certain reports with Pink Sheets are said to use an "Alternate Reporting Standard."
