Yes It seems to be on the positive side of a run. I'm just wondering if the Russians dumping their shares has been also holding Plug down. I was trying to remember who they employed to sell off their shares and am wondering if they have been doing so on a regular basis. I remember they (Russian Utility) had invested some plus $250 million in Plug and earlier this year they had decided to sell the shares off.
