I thought it was made very clear in the interview the DVJ project is gone. BEHL has no ownership of that project any more.

But yes it was also made clear that the red lap top was needed for the project.

You mean a big one of these built without permits in precious freshwater aquifer in the desert?

I certainly hope not - environmentally irresponsible in my opinion.
