There is an implied need. There may not be a pps
requirement on paper, but the price will be based
on interest and number of shareholders.
The pps will be a barometer of the interest in the
stock. A very low pps would indicate a lack of said
interest. We need to be quite a bit higher than we
are right now. It has to be reasonable and justifiable.
